Bio

Since learning to read at the age of three, Kim Amburn can rarely be found without a book in her hands. Bored one day at work, because she found out that reading at her desk in corporate America could get her fired, she started making up her own stories. She wrote her first full-length manuscript when expecting her first child but found that motherhood and her day job cut into her writing and reading time. Six years later, she sold her third completed manuscript to Triskelion Publishing. Dreams, published in April 2007, was a contemporary romantic suspense. Coming soon from The Wild Rose Press is her next contemporary romantic suspense novel, Suburban Secrets.

Kim lives in Northeast Tennessee with her husband, their two children and an Australian Shepherd puppy.
